How much will I be charged for shipping?
Our delivery charges range from £3.99 - £6.25 - Your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
Do you provide any discounts on shipping?
All orders over £50 (inc VAT) will be eligible for free delivery
When I place my order, how long will it take?
We aim to send all orders within 48 hours, using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a 'Next Day' courier service, dependent on the quantity of plants ordered
Will my plants arrive safely?
All plants are sent securely boxed, making sure that your plants will arrive undamaged. If the plants incur any damage in transit, please see our section below on our Returns/Damages Policy
If I have not received my order, what can I do?
All orders should be received within a 48 hour period, if for some reason this has not happened, please call us on 07763 615 187 and we will run a Track and Trace for you

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal only, as we find this to be the most secure process available to our customers
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your plants from the Plants Page then add your choice/s to your cart, once you have finished shopping, you can then view your basket and complete checkout using your personal secure Paypal account
Do you keep any of my passwords?
Our website is completely secure and we Do Not keep any user passwords or security related information, apart from your given delivery address details and invoice details
Do you have a minimum order value?
We Do Not have a minimum order quantity, all orders are welcome
